San Francisco Yoga School (SFYS) 2011 Class Schedule
All classes are 1.5 hours, mixed levels & suitable for both the experienced & those new to yoga.
Individual attention assured! Classes are at no charge for Private Program Clients.
Please Note: Confirm Your Attendance by 5:00 PM the night before the class you plan to attend by
email or by calling 415-290-1229. Leaving a message with your phone number is sufficient if you get voice mail.

Weather permitting Meet at 9:00 am at the flag pole in the Fort Miley Point parking lot, for a silent 5-7 minute meditation walk
to the site: West Fort Miley Point. Otherwise, we will meet at the SFYS studio.
Held overlooking an incredible view of San Francisco's coast line, this outdoor mixed level yoga class includes movement of
the Shadow Yoga forms that are deeply rooted in yoga, martial arts and traditional dance with emphasis on the breath and
suitable rhythm to heighten the awareness of your physical, intrinsic and intuitive nature.

FINE YOGA BODY MOVEMENT
A powerful and deep practice that is directly applicable to all styles of movement.
The art & practice is an energetic cultivation of the presence of how one moves in one’s body & in their mind.
Consider: “How you move in your body, is how you move in the world.”
Certain parts of the body coordinate with one another. We practice breathing slow & moving slow which calms the mind,
such to recognize what more there is to be revealed for the potential of increasing physical strength, mobility & flexibility.
It also heightens the receptivity & capacity of one’s intuitive & perceptive potential to master the balancing of the delicate
& strong movement & momentum of the body & the mind.

R & R YOGA SESSIONS (1.50 hour session)
R&R = Rest & Restore: This is a unique experience consisting of prop-supported resting & restorative poses, relaxation techniques
with the focus on the power of pranayama/breathing practices to deepening the meditative results, & the safe & delicate use of
100 % pure therapeutic grade essential oils for customized aromatherapy &/or application. Your benefits will include reduced
fatigue & stress & a calm state of heightened awareness.
