PERFORMING ARTS: As a performing artist, since 1976, Pamela has worked as a dance professional performing, choreographing, directing, and/or producing, independently and with local Bay Area dance companies and jazz musicians. She is trained in jazz, ballet, modern, tap, gymnastics, improvisational techniques, as well as various ethnic styles, especially African dance. Some of her work has been aired on television. She continues to perform as of today.
As a singer, with the San Francisco Glide Ensemble January 1998 to July 2002, Pamela participated in the live recording of their 4th CD in June 2001.
OTHER DISCIPLINES: Her most influential intrinsic movement teachers are: Emily Conrad-Da’oud of "Continuum"; George Leonard of "Leonard Energy Training" and Lansing Gresham of Touchstone’s "Integrated-Awareness". She also is trained in the energy work "Regenisis". Her other healing training practices include healing work with therapeutic grade essential oils. As an original member of authors & forefathers of the human potential movement, George Leonard’s and Michael Murphy’s Integral Transformative Practice (ITP), a two-year study and training program that was the material for their co-written ITP book, "The Life You Were Given", Pamela, from 1993-1998 co-founded and co-facilitated the first and still existing pilot ITP group, an 8-10 month yearly program, which is now practiced world wide.
