An Outdoor Shadow Yoga Class
Sundays 10:00-11:30am weather permitting
$20.00 per class.
$102.00/6 class series (Expires 7 weeks of date of purchase.)
$192.00/12 class series available for two classes a week (Expires 10 weeks of date of purchase.)
Classes are at no charge to ongoing coaching/training clients.

We will meet at the Fort Miley Parking Lot near Land's End in San Francisco
(Entrance is north on El Camino Del Mar/48th Ave @ Point Lobos St.)
It is preferable to bring two mats (let me know if you need one),
dress in layers of clothes, have practical shoes for walking on dirt paths,
and consider a warm hat or visor hat.
We will be taking either a 5 or 20 minute silent walk
to one of two sites, depending on the decision of the group.
